Update. Owner called apologizing. Refund. Satisfied. Glad they made it whole. I really don't understand how ups ships and then blames service on local franchise when it's a UPS issue.

I try to avoid this location. I don't find the staff particularly friendly or helpful. Parking is tight and awkward too.
