I know it's the holiday season, but my packages sat for 4 days in NJ, instead of being delivered to NYC within the 5 days' shipping I paid for- I'll use the USPS next time.

Am not sure if this is something new at UPS to charge for printing the labels using your phone, am lost, just to print the actual labels? Thats not the only problem I see here, they ask you to use...
