Jacqueline Le-Guevara, MD

Jazmin Roldan, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Kelsey-Seybold. She attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, earning her Doctor of Medicine in 2018. She went on to Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she completed her residency in Psychiatry in 2022. She treats conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and neurocognitive decline. Dr. Roldan is particularly interested in the treatment of psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. She feels that the most rewarding aspect of practicing medicine is in helping others and seeing the gradual improvement in her patients' conditions. Dr. Roldan joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2024.

Nkeiruka "Nikki" Okafor, FNP-BC, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Excelsior University in 2014. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University College of Nursing in 2016 to become a family nurse practitioner. Nikki joined Kelsey-Seybold's Family Medicine department as a family nurse practitioner in October 2023. Nikki cares for patients of all ages with virtually all health needs, including preventive care such as immunizations and physicals. She also provides diagnosis and treatment for both acute and chronic conditions such as skin rashes, digestive upset, UTIs and kidney infections, anemia, respiratory viruses, diabetes, asthma and others.

Shirali Suryakant Patel, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Kelsey-Seybold. She earned her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, in 2012. She remained there to complete her General Psychiatry Residency in 2017. Guided toward psychiatry by a mentor in college, Dr. Patel treats individuals struggling with their mental health. This includes a variety of conditions, including adjustment disorders, depression and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other psychiatric disorders. She has a particular interest in helping patients with depression and anxiety disorders, as well as identity and work/relationship struggles. Dr. Patel joined Kelsey-Seybold's Behavioral Health department in September 2024.
