Neya Sterling, MD

Shirali Suryakant Patel, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Kelsey-Seybold. She earned her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, in 2012. She remained there to complete her General Psychiatry Residency in 2017. Guided toward psychiatry by a mentor in college, Dr. Patel treats individuals struggling with their mental health. This includes a variety of conditions, including adjustment disorders, depression and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other psychiatric disorders. She has a particular interest in helping patients with depression and anxiety disorders, as well as identity and work/relationship struggles. Dr. Patel joined Kelsey-Seybold's Behavioral Health department in September 2024.

Felicia Yan, MD, MPH, earned her medical degree and Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2020. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in 2024. During her residency, Dr. Yan provided primary care for both children and adults. She is passionate about providing comprehensive primary care for the whole family, from newborns to adults. Dr. Yan was inspired by her parents to pursue a career in medicine and is dedicated to building long-term relationships with her patients to keep them healthy. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2024.

Kiara Bennett, FNP-C, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Kiara is a member of the Houston Area Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over thirteen years of professional nursing experience, Kiara's clinical focus is on providing optimal, evidence-based care to all demographic populations, with an emphasis on establishing rapport with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable during their visits. She prioritizes building trust with her patients by getting to know them personally and providing compassionate, empathetic care. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in October 2024.
