If I could leave no stars I would. This Panera is the WORST. We have had multiple horrible experiences here. From rude staff, excessive wait times, to group soups being filled 2/3 the way....

Store looked clean to me; albeit, service was a little slow. Food expectations were fine. It's standardized across the country. Probably one of my favourite breakfast chains.
