I have been to this Panera countless times. Usually the services is good, usually it is clean. Neither of these things were the case this time. I came at the end of the night, around 8:30pm....

Progressively worse. We rarely come anymore. Higher prices, worse service, worse food. No soup. At all. 15 minutes for a bagel at 10am.

They got my order wrong and my vanilla latte was disgusting. How do you make a vanilla latte nasty. I couldn't even drink it. Service is usually good but today it was not good at all.
