Since 2006, locals and visitors alike have found a peaceful oasis at Balance. We are grateful for the continued support of our students and clients who have helped us to grow and expand. We strive to provide quality instruction in Pilates and Yoga in a clean, quiet atmosphere where students focus on connecting mind, body, and spirit without distraction.

Since 2006, Balance has offered a clean, quiet oasis where students can practice finding their center and connecting to their core. Our classes at Balance range from private to group, and our focus is on individualized attention so we always limit their size. Daily from the end of June through Labor Day, the idyllic Cove Beach provides a stunning backdrop for yoga - the ultimate way to start every morning. Throughout the year we offer both local and international retreats, events, and workshops - including our popular yoga teacher training series. Our massage therapists are trained in all modalities such as Relaxing Swedish, Therapeutic, and Thai Yoga Massage to help relieve tension from your body, instilling an overall sense of wellness. At Balance, we are committed to serving our students by helping them to restore their optimal equilibrium of mind, body and spirit - creating a happier and healthier community in Cape May and beyond. We do this by providing a clean, safe, healing environment in which our students can practice and learn from knowledgeable, caring instructors. We welcome you to join us on this journey.
