Jhannire is Amazing! I am visiting from Chicago and this was the best experience I've ever had at ups! The level of excellence sincere pleasant customer service was great! She moved quick too!

I've been going to ups stores across the country from LA not only was this store unhelpful tried to tell me it's $5 for a piece of tape ( I've used many stores they always tape it for you ) on top...
