Considering I only go here for all my Amazon returns, I've never spent more than five minutes waiting and are super efficient and quick with processing all my returns.

I tried to redirect a package to my neighbor but instead UPS delivered here. I thought OK because I had an Amazon return. Got to the store and there was no line - Yay! Now for the bad part....
