Communication and representative accuracy. T mobile promises people the ease of customer support and care when in reality they absolutely do not. I do not recommend this cellphone carrier to anyone.

The worst. Entered the store and was not greeted at all. Looked for the sign in tablet kiosk thing but did not see one. Waited a long time, then one of the workers started to take peoples names...
