Wisconsin Union Theater is a premier venue with superb acoustics, performance space and seating. It is an entertainment hall that features musical and dramatic performances to the Madison community. Union Theater has seen and heard some of the most famous actors, dancers, musicians, popular artists, renowned leaders, philosophers and scientists. The hall is also available for rent through a contract between a user group and the Wisconsin Union. Tickets to shows at the theater can be purchase online, via telephone or at the box office, with discounts available for students. Opened in 1939, Wisconsin Union Theater is located on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
