Fika is a small batch, family-owned, scratch bakery in Three Lakes, Wisconsin. During the school year we're open inside Saturday & Sunday 9a-4p but bakery orders are available daily via special arrangement. We use only local, seasonal produce & high quality dry goods to create our Swedish inspired recipes. We use about 75% traditional Swedish recipes and fill in the gaps with delicious produce from local farmers and the very best chocolate chip cookies. A happy consequence of using European recipes is that everything has a bit more flavor and a bit less sugar. Fika is a Swedish coffee break, more than a cup of coffee, it's an intentional break in the day for coffee & a sweet treat. We hope you'll come fika with us very soon! Delicious shaken espresso drink! It is iced with oatmilk and cinnamon. Amazing! The Swedish cinnamon roll was perfect for me as it wasn't too sweet and the dark chocolate chip cookies were yummy....
