We’re Big O's Texas BBQ, and we’ve been a barbecue restaurant here in Waterford, WI, since 2021. We specialize in authentic Texas barbecue and culture, and we offer brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs, and much more, all smoked and seasoned to perfection. Our owner Otis fell in love with barbecue as a kid growing up in Dallas and he's been sharing his passion ever since.
