With a name like Artisan Ramen, it's no surprise we only employ skilled virtuosos of ramen in our kitchen. We begin by crafting noodles fresh each day before they are hand-cook and protein prepared to order—whether its braised pork, grilled chicken, or fried tofu. We combine this all in a rich broth slowly simmered from pork or vegetable, mixing in green onion, mushrooms, and other veggies to add flavor and texture. In addition to crafting steaming bowls of ramen, we also whip up a variety of appetizers ranging from spicy edamame to beef skewers, shrimp tempura, and the all-time favorite, crab rangoons.Great happy hour also every Monday - Friday 5pm - 7pmThursday ladies night specials

Food is great! The service is quick and easy. Staff is super super nice. The ramen is insanely good! Almost the best in MKE! Very chill relaxing vibe! Love going in there for lunch.
