waited 18 minutes with only one car in front of me, which was the only core that was going to be going through the drive-through just for them to tell me they're frozen machine is down.

So bad and just so so slow. The drive-through takes 30 minutes. Don't even attempt to go on a weekend day. It's embarrassing.
