The worst customer service experience I've had in a while. I arrived a few minutes before closing, which I understand is inconvenient, but you should still be able to pull up to the drive-through...

Don't be in a hurry. Long waits at drive thru. If you walk inside it's not much faster. The drive thru seems to be the priority. This is a consistent problem since they opened (long before COVID)....
