My coworkers and I ordered Arby's for lunch today and we are all EXTREMELY disappointed. We all 3 decided we would try the new wraps. The onion in the wraps still had the outer peel and roots...

Absolutely the sweetest lady who took my order. I was there quite awhile so I observed a lot. She was extremely helpful to people just by letting them know the specials and items you could choose...
