As a result of our work together, they gain clarity, build resilience and accelerate their growth and healing exponentially. I offer Wholistic Life Coaching via phone or Zoom either on its own or in conjunction with in-person Intuitive Bodywork, for those who know they are ready to receive the guidance and ongoing support needed to make significant transformational changes in their life and health. For those who feel like they just need a little help with minor physical, mental or emotional complaints and tips or strategies that they can implement on their own, I offer in-person Intuitive Bodywork. For those who would just like to maintain their joyful and healthy lifestyle, I offer a traditional in-person Relaxation Massage.
