Food is delicious. Service is mediocre. Space is pretty good. Saw a woman make food with gloves on then grab the tv remote with the same gloves.

Vinason is a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant. Our only focus is Vietnamese food with Love. We source local and sustainable as much as possible. Our beef broth is cooked 24 hours with 100 lbs of antibiotics free pasture raised beef bones. Our steak, brisket, and meatballs are antibiotics free and hand crafted. Our tofu is non GMO and our shrimp are always wild gulf shrimp. Our fish sauce is pure anchovies and salt. Our fix siracha is organic. We can't afford for all ingredients to be organic, but our passion to elevate Vietnamese food is. Food with Love!

Came for Saturday dinner and it wasn't busy. I ordered the small brisket pho and it came quick! It was solid but the brisket portions were skimpy. A lot of popups use this space too
