worst place ever to live. disrespectful neighbors and constantly calling security because they violate quiet hours and management won't do anything about it!!! also dont count on maintenance...

Great place to live..if you don't mind having your mail stolen frequently, spider infestations, or unresponsive management. Wonderful place to live if your idea of a good time is having to ask for...

My husband and I were relocating from Pittsburgh, PA. We came to Tukwila with no jobs and took a risk and secured the apt sight unseen. We worked with Joyce....who is awesome, super cute and fun....
