Finding a parking spot in front of the store is tough, but the employees are friendly and it's not overly crowded inside. The store is well lit and organized.

I was in the University needed to return an Amazon purchase. Went into the UPS store. Item was in the original box had the QR code return code. Box needed one strip of tape to seal the small box....
