I'm originally from California, where I was licensed before moving to Washington in 1996.

Psychotherapy needs to be both supportive and challenging to be effective. In session, I'll offer you both and have a strong intuitive capacity as well. Additionally, I have over 24 years of clinical experience, along with years of my own therapy which make me approachable and real. In session, I'll take an active role in observing you and pointing out to you what I notice that you may not have considered before. I'll offer you new insight and understanding so that you can develop greater self-awareness, which is a basis for personal development and growth. Over the years, I've helped individuals struggling with depression, anxiety (and panic), relationship issues, and more.
