It started more than fifty years ago, on a New York farm, where Barry watched his father work hard day in and out to become one of the country's earliest 'conservation' farmers. At a young age, he grew to appreciate the value of re-using materials and natural resources to make better products and a far better world. Barry's father worked this way long before it became popular...simply because it was the right thing to do. We make our ice cream in small batches so it's always fresh, and with the highest cream content of any premium ice cream because the perfect ice cream shouldn't contain air. (That's why we call it a 'true pint.' More cream, more density, more ounces.)

Snoqualmie Ice Cream makes the most perfect ice cream, custard, gelato and sorbet. The all-natural pints are handcrafted in small batches in the Pacific Northwest using local milk and cream and non-GMO cane sugar. We believe in simple ingredients without any gluten, hormones, preservatives or artificial flavors.
