Rental fees went up after 3 months (from $280 to $355). 20% late fee. Gouging at its best. Now paying more money to move to a new storage because of the extortion.

This place has raised their fees twice in 1.5 years. Went from $350 a month to $430 OVERNIGHT just because they can...NO NOTICE. And if you're late...BAMMM!!! 20% late fee. So $430 after 7 days...
