Established in 1999. Pelage, (a French word for skin) was founded in 1999 by JoAnne Mendenhall. A nurse for 20 years JoAnne has an extensive medical background in internal medicine, infectious disease, oncology and dermatology. Pelage Mission Statement: Of Honor and Integrity. We intend to see our clients as individuals, and direct care based on their needs.
