Our small business has grown out of a small storefront in Fremont to becoming a Seattle staple and widely considered one of the best sandwiches in America. We've been featured on The Food Network as the 2nd best sandwich in the country, and Esquire Magazine as one of the best sandwiches in the Country. We now have 4 locations in Fremont, SoDo, Microsoft Redmond, and now Issaquah!

We produce artisan Caribbean and Latino inspired food created with the freshest local ingredients available. We are most known for our giant slow-roasted sandwiches, that Anthony Bourdain named as his 2nd favorite sandwich in the country! We also offer Tiki Cocktails, unique side dishes, and we cater and host events for groups of any size or style.
