It saddens me to give this place a 1 star. We boarded here twice. Once this past summer and a 5 day stay over Thanksgiving week. Both times, my two furry kids came home with Kennel cough....

So let me start by saying their boarding is great. Now grooming: the first couple times I brought my maltipoo here he looked perfect, and every staff member I've interacted with has been nice....

Our cat's grooming was great, no more knots. The groomer was very professional. Very busy place lots of noise, dogs, horses, complete boarding. Lot of personnel out and about.

We've used Northwind for our two dogs multiple times, from boardings of 3 days up to 12 days. The staff there are great communicators and caring people. By far the best experience we've ever had...
