There are multiple reasons for this low review. 1) Elevators are often times broken. 2) Poor management. 3) ROACH INFESTATION (on 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th floor out of 7 floors per residents). I...

Management is typically very responsove to any issues, and are understanding of any issues you might be having. Location is very central to lors of Seattle hot spots as well.
