History
Opening our doors for the first time in 1992, we shortly reached the front page of The Seattle Time just six months later. At the time we thought we only brought a part of our culture from back home to our community in the states; however, the local community took pride in the cuisine we served. Although we are no longer at our original location on Rainier, the flavor is still the same as it was. Everything down to the soup broth is just as it was three decades ago.
Specialties
Our restaurant specializes in Chinese-Vietnamese noodles. This cuisine originates from a longstanding presence of Chinese culture and tradition in Vietnam. At our restaurant customers have the option to customize their noodles: egg or rice & flat or thin. Additionally, every dish can be served as a noodle soup or a stir-fry with soup on the side. Rice dishes are also a specialty here. They typically include a variety of stir fried vegetables along with flavorful seasoning. A historical fusion food you could say! Come on in and give it a try!
