We just got back from this location! No customer service to speak of. They don't offer ketchup and if you ask for some they only give you a couple. They also don't do drink refills. I know it's...

Worst location in Thurston co, which sucks cause it's closest to home. But even my 4yr old can taste the difference and even asks if we can to a different one every time.
