Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Baptist Church is nestled in a residential neighborhood in Renton Highlands. The congregation was organized in 1978, and in 1990, a permanent house of worship was built at its current location. The church offers support to needy families through the Margie Williams Helping Hands Clothing and Food Bank, located in a small building next to the church. The food and clothing bank is open from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. every Saturday.
