I would definitely avoid this organization totally. The representative and management lie consistently about their policies and do anything to keep you tied to a contract that you specifically did...

This place needs better customer service. Seems like a lost cause anytime I call about when the sauna might be getting fixed. It's unfortunate LA Fitness continues to get worse.

If you like using sauna, you'd be better off cancelling your membership. The sauna in this location breaks all the time. Maybe monthly not exaggerating! They always blame clients pouring water??!...
