At Joy of Pilates our focus is motivating and educating people to meet their fitness and health goals in a warm and caring atmosphere. We believe in the benefits of Pilates and exercise for all. Benefits of Pilates Pilates increases core strength, improves posture, flexibility, and provides excellent cross training with proven results. We offer drop-in Mat classes, Reformer series, Private sessions, Duet sessions & Posture analysis. The studio has quality STOTT* equipment and our instructors come from diverse backgrounds that include STOTT, BBU, TRX, Dance, Acrobatics, classical studies, and more. Classes We Offer: In addition to traditional Pilates mat and Reformer classes, we also offer TRX, Circuit Training, Strength / Stretch, Bootcamp, and more! We are happy to answer any questions about our studio, our classes, setting up private sessions, and membership options. We also have on-site physical therapists and licensed massage practitioners.
