These guys are off to a ROUGH start. Usually their service is usually spot on but they're seriously lacking here. I would have suspected that with the popularity of the place that they'd have...

Best cold cuts in town, coming from an east coast guy. Service is always great too! I wish their tomatoes were better quality, otherwise they're 100%.

Of the chain sub shops Jersey Mike's at least has meat. The staff is great and the restaurant is always clean
