Under the guidance of Mestre Valmir, the group fosters a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages to explore Capoeira while engaging in physical activity and creative self-expression. In 2023, the group transitioned to the Instituto de Capoeira Angola Alagbed (I.C.A.A.), continuing its mission to promote Capoeira through training and community events. With roots in the international FICA network, Alagbed connects with Capoeira enthusiasts around the globe, supporting social and cultural initiatives while preserving the rich traditions of this vibrant art form.
