Just go somewhere else. They have no idea what they are doing. They literally told me I don't need to file taxes because I don't have a W2.

I rated this a one. I would've rated a five if this didn't happen. And after this happened... I have had no response from them. They will not answer my questions. Much was good when I was there....

They took my money ($189 )and did my tax wrong ( I should file as a resident instead of non-resident) on the 5th year of my F1. I'm asking them to correct It. Will update here once I get reply.
