understaffed and under skilled asked for simple curtain bangs and the lady told me she didn't know how to do it. she also cut my hair way too choppy and the next hairdresser I went to had to fix...

Upper Management only cares about lower management. You definitely can't have any issues as a stylist. They'll be smashed at their unwavering need for managers at the salon level!!!
