Pros: Downtown, Bars, Restaurants, Food, etc... Cons: Break-ins, management turnover like crazy, cleanliness, price.

Based completely on sidewalks in front of building. During the summer this whole block smells like a bathroom. If you're not going to provide a dog area maybe invest in a hose?
