Bainbridge Island-Executive Department is a city department that serves the residents of Bainbridge Island, Wash. The Executive Department includes the mayor, city administrator, city attorney, human resources administrator, Winslow Tomorrow project director and executive assistant. The department also includes the city clerk, senior executive secretary, paralegal, executive secretary and administrative assistant for Winslow Tomorrow. The executive department manages interdepartmental functions, including legal, personnel, community involvement, communications and special projects, such as Winslow Tomorrow. It also offers communications coordination services and ensures development and implementation of effective communications strategies for public processes, decision points and city-sponsored events. Bainbridge Island also has various other departments, including finance, information technology, municipal court, planning community and development, police and public works.
