I called to schedule gland expression for my dog. When we arrived for the appointment, staff seemed surprised. They were rude, barely spoke to me, seemed very inconvenienced to have my business....

Rude, dismissive, unprofessional. Sh*tty customer service. They can only handle small dogs. Mean to humans, too.

My doodle has been going here for grooming for the four years and they are wonderful!
