Diamond Knot's original brewery and alehouse is in a building that has housed a pub for over 20 years. Before the building became a pub, it was a bus garage used by the local transit company and the main roll-up door can still be seen just inside our front door. The original thick, sturdy wooden beams and open plank ceiling, give the building a wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with our nautical feel and the waterfront on which we are located.

Super short review. The food is awesome. Bacon burger and fries. Loved the bacon and crinkle cut pickles. Fries were excellent, the burger patty wasn't some mystery meat.

Diamond Knot Brewing Co, Inc

Diamond Knot has been producing handcrafted, microbrewed beers and distributing them to the greater Puget Sound area from our Mukilteo location since 1994. Our second of three breweries, the Production Brewery is a 15-barrel system where we produce most of our regular brews. Also the home to the Taproom and our headquarters, the Production Brewery is where the magic begins. In our 20th year, Diamond Knot is still a leader and innovator in the craft beer industry in the Puget Sound region. Many of our beers, specifically our flagship India Pale Ale set the benchmark that other breweries strive to achieve.
