I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu and vegetables. The noodles were overcooked and soggy, and the balance of tamarind sauce was too heavy, making the overall flavor a bit overwhelming.

I have been looking for a truly authentic Cashew Chicken for YEARS!!!! And Chang Thai delivered!!! Gorgeous presentation and perfect flavor!!!! I eat it every Saturday and never get tired of it!!!

This looks like a real hole in the wall in a strip mall with many other restaurants across from TCC. But enter and you are greeted by dark paneled walls, nice tables chairs and semi booths....
