Walk-ins welcome! No waitlist. Medicaid/Medicare/Apple Health accepted. Treatment for addiction to opioids, fentanyl, heroin, alcohol, methamphetamine, cocaine, cannabis, benzodiazepine, and tobacco. Recovery/rehab through medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), including methadone, all buprenorphine formulations (i.e., Suboxone, Sublocade), and Naltrexone/Vivitrol. Providers on site 7 days a week. Only for patients enrolled in our addiction program: mental health care & limited primary and urgent care. We bring whole-person, individualized treatment to patients with drug addiction. Patients 14 and up, including pregnant patients. Owned by the Puyallup Tribe of Indians. Open to all.
