History

bStrong started (under the name bFit) in 2013. After a few years of transition in the business, Kyle and Ben took over in 2015 and put to use their extensive backgrounds in fitness and wellness. Over the years, they've been able to grow the community and bring stability to the business and environment. They've been joined by some excellent coaches to connect to even more people in a variety of ways.

Specialties

1-on-1 Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training, and Nutrition Coaching. We focus on full-body strength and interval training. Our coaches are experienced, certified, and will provide direction and form corrections to help you get into the best shape of your life. We welcome seasoned fitness veterans as well as newcomers to the fitness world.
