History
Bol started in 2014 at our original location in the Ravenna Neighborhood of Seattle. Since opening, Bol has become a Seattle staple in Vietnamese cuisine. In fact, in April of 2017 we opened a second location called Bol Test Kitchen and Bar, which offers plenty of new Menu items to experience. In addition, Bol test kitchen is open early for Brunch on saturdays and sundays, and closes late on Friday and Saturday for our bar happy hour.
