These guys are sloppy and not professional, every time they came for repairs they would bang up the walls and leave a mess. I did not hire them directly but they were the installer for the builder...

NOTICE; I used to work with Bob's a lot for many years. Things have changed for the worse... a LOT worse. Not the Bob's we used to know and love. Avoid.

Called them when my dryer vent broke, because they had installed it when the house was built. The girl answering the phone was extremely rude. Definitely won't be calling them again.
