The K family opened Blazing Bowl on January 27, 2019. The foods are from a family own hot pot recipe and traditional Laotian entrees. What make this unique is our Hot Pot is served on an induction furnace, which keep the food constantly hot. Each furnace has a controller that can adjust to the desire temperature and can be turn on and off. The add-on items are served on a rotary conveyor belts. Dine in customers will choose hot pot broths and customize them with the add-on selections off the rotary conveyor belts. Busy? No problem, we can cook the pot for you to dine in the public market or take home containers.
