History

I decided to open this inspection business when I myself moved to the area in 1999 and purchased a home. I was so disappointed by the quality of the inspection I received that I knew there was a need for a quality inspector in the area. With my background in general contracting and as a quality inspector, I decided to establish Baylis Inspection Services. The result is a successful history of satisfied customers.

I specialize in quality residential home inspections. These inspections are performed in accordance with The WA State Home Inspection Standards of Practice WAC 308-408C.
