Never a good experience at 7/11. Probably has mostly to do with who runs the business. But that is beside the point, that all of them suck. Yes every single one of them. Horrible customer service...

Not really impressive for a modern 7-eleven. Lots of times out of inventory. Customer service tends to be lazy. One time the Coke ran out instead of changing it so customers could get the drink...
