Spent 46 min on hold for the pharmacy and gave up. This was not the first time it has happened. They are understaffed and not improving. I called Publix and got to talk to the pharmacy in about 1 min.

This Walgreens needs to get their stuff together. Someone doesn't show up to work, so they close the whole pharmacy...when people need to pick up prescriptions. Very unprofessional
